The Salomon EQUIPE RACE CLASSIC BOA® is designed for advanced and expert-level skiers looking for performance in classic cross-country skiing. Its lightweight construction, precise fit adjustment and Carbon Loaded™ shell support an efficient kick, stability and control on the tracks.
The Carbon Loaded™ shell and plate underfoot improve torsional rigidity while providing flex suited to the classic technique. The racing chassis features a 3D heel support extending as a plate towards the toe. This construction improves torsional rigidity and allows flex to be precisely defined.
The Li2 BOA® Fit System allows fine adjustment around the foot and ankle. The SensiFIT™ Race Asymmetric construction and customisable Racing liner complement the fit. The Racing Liner construction includes two straps designed to make putting the boots on easier. According to the supplied product information, the liner can be customised to the shape of the feet in 10 minutes.
The Prolink Lab Classic outsole is designed for racing. Its low-profile construction supports kick feel and the flex required for classic cross-country skiing.
