Order and delivery terms

These are ÄkäslompoloSportshop.fi (Business ID: 3277141-6) terms of delivery. Delivery terms include, among other things, information about the online store’s delivery terms and prices, return policy and payment methods.

General

All our prices include VAT 24% and the prices are given in euros (€), unless otherwise mentioned. We reserve the right to cancel the purchase or amend the price if the product ordered or the price is not in accordance with market price due to, for example, technical or human error in the online store. We reserve the right to change the prices, terms and conditions. The customer accepts these delivery terms when placing the order. We deliver only to EU countries. Note that we do not ship products larger than 100 cm outside of Finland.

Ordering

You can order goods by registering to our online store. You’ll need to fill in your details, such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail. The registration details can be used for marketing of our services, but will never be handed out to a third party. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case of delivery problems.

Delivery times

We usually process an order one weekday after the order has arrived the delivery time thus being 3-5 days inside Finland and 5-10 days to other EU countries. Product specific delivery times are given on each product’s product card. The given delivery times are estimates and are not binding. Äkäslompolosportshop.fi is not responsible for any damages and/or additional costs caused to the customer if the delivery is delayed.

Cost of the delivery

Delivery costs in Finland starting from 4,90€ and to other EU-countries starting from 9,90€. We charge 10€ for uncollected packages. Pickup from the store is always free of charge. Pickup is possible during store opening hours.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution. For reclamations, please contact the website you made your payment to.

Netbanks

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.

Customer returns in Finland

Products purchased in the online store have a 14 days exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The 14 day return period begins when the customer has received the product. The right of return only applies to unused and products that are in sale condition (product tags attached, it is not enough that the product and price tags are sent back detached, unwashed and unused), if these conditions are not met we have the right to refuse to accept the return. We no longer accept returns after the 14 days return period has expired. And we do not accept returns by cash on delivery. You can also return the product to our store. Product exchange is free of charge for the customer, return costs is 4,90€. 
 
Once we have accepted and received the return, we will register the return with Paytrail, and Paytrail will refund the money according to the payment method.
 
For all questions related to orders, you can contact our customer service at sportshop@yllas.fi. The general practice in complaint cases is to repair the product or exchange the product for a new one.
 

Follow these instructions when returning products:

  1. Fill out the return form that came with the order
  2. Protect returned products well. Use the corresponding package in which the product was delivered and close the package carefully. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the return intact during transport.
  3. Take the return to the Posti/Matkahuolto office and give them the return number below and ask for a receipt for the return. Keep the receipt for at least 3 months. The receipt is proof of the return.
  • Matkahuolto: Return number 9504835. Please note! Long products (over 120 cm) such as skis and downhill skis, poles, etc. must be returned through Matkahuolto.

  • Posti: Return number 674550.

We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
 

Customer returns and product changes from abroad

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees involved for returning or changing items from abroad.
