Classic style: Poles should reach approximately shoulder height (formula: 0.85 x skier’s height).
Skate skiing style: Poles should reach approximately earlobe height (formula: 0.91 x skier’s height).

Please note that pole length is also a matter of personal preference and may vary depending on skiing style and skill level. Children and beginners may prefer slightly shorter poles for better balance. If you wish to order poles cut to a specific length, please indicate the desired length in the order details field. We will cut poles purchased from us to your desired length free of charge.
