Haglöfs ROC Flash Down Hood Men – lightweight warmth for active use
The Haglöfs ROC Flash Down Hood Men is a lightweight and warm technical jacket designed for alpine movement, climbing and demanding mountain hikes. Its insulation combines high-quality H DOWN Gold down with synthetic MIMIC SILVER sheet insulation. The insulation is strategically placed, with synthetic sheet insulation used in areas exposed to abrasion.
The lightweight Pertex® Quantum shell is made from 100% recycled polyamide. Its woven ripstop construction provides a lightweight and durable outer fabric, while the material offers weather protection and allows air to circulate. The jacket's distinctive offset quilting gives it a characteristic look, while the channelled quilting construction helps prevent cold spots.
Protection and insulation extend to the head with a helmet-compatible, insulated and adjustable hood. The high stand collar features an integrated chin guard, while the longer back hem provides additional coverage. Together, these details create a protective construction for cold and windy mountain conditions.
The jacket also includes practical features for active use. Two zipped hand pockets provide convenient storage, complemented by a protected inner chest pocket. The two-way front zipper features an insulated storm flap. The insulated hem is adjustable, while the elasticated cuffs are concealed within the construction.
The H DOWN Gold insulation has a 700 CUIN fill power and consists of 85% down and 15% feathers. The down is 100% RDS certified and certified by Control Union CU846100. The down has a DWR treatment without intentionally added PFAS. MIMIC SILVER insulation is made from recycled polyester, and the Pertex® Quantum materials are bluesign® approved. The ROC Flash Down Hood Men can be used either as an outer layer or a midlayer.
