Materials
The Reima ReimaTec Kiiruna is a kids' ski jacket designed for winter outdoor activities and the slopes. The jacket fabric is waterproof, and all seams are taped. The manufacturer states a water column of more than 12,000 mm, so the jacket is suitable for wet snow and rain. It is also windproof and breathable.
The outer material is recycled polyester with a polyurethane coating. The lining and padding are also made mainly from recycled polyester. The padding uses recycled REPREVE® polyester.
Breathability is at least 7,000 g/m²/24 h, which helps keep a child dry during activity. The insulation is intended for temperatures of about 0 to −20 °C, and the fabric's durability is over 30,000 Martindale abrasion cycles. These figures help you judge what kind of use the jacket suits.
The jacket has several pockets and versatile adjustments, so the fit can be adapted to the child's size and the weather. It has a contoured, shaped-seam design that follows the child's body and movement. Check the size chart to find the size that matches your child's measurements. Care instructions are on the care label and should be read before the first wash.
