The Rab Women’s Microlight Alpine Down Hoody is a lightweight women’s down jacket with 700FP recycled down insulation, an adjustable hood and a layer-friendly design. Suitable for year-round outdoor use, climbing and mountain trips, it features windproof, breathable Pertex® Quantum fabric.

The Rab Women's Microlight Alpine Down Hoody is a lightweight, versatile down jacket designed for outdoor activities and mountain adventures. It provides an additional layer of warmth on chilly hiking trails, climbing belays and summit breaks without a bulky construction. The jacket is easy to layer and designed for year-round use.
The jacket uses 700 fill power recycled down with a Grangers hydrophobic finish. The down is arranged in differently sized baffles across the body: larger baffles on the back, shoulders and front, and smaller baffles under the arms. This construction balances insulation with freedom of movement.
The outer fabric is 30D Pertex® Quantum with a fluorocarbon-free DWR treatment. It is windproof and breathable, with a soft feel suited to active outdoor use and packing into a backpack.
The comfortable hood is adjustable and features a malleable wired peak, allowing its shape to be adjusted. Its design balances protection and packability.
Storage includes a chest pocket and two zipped hand pockets. One hand pocket also doubles as an integrated storage solution with a loop for clipping the jacket to a harness. Articulated sleeves allow unrestricted reach for climbing and bouldering.
Elasticated cuffs and a drawcord-adjustable hem help retain warmth. The centre-front YKK® zip features an insulated zip baffle.
