Patagonia Nano Puff Vest is a lightweight insulated vest built for climbers and outdoor enthusiasts who need dependable warmth without unnecessary bulk. Its combination of low weight, weather resistance and packability has made it one of Patagonia's most versatile insulation layers. The vest features PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco made from 100% postconsumer recycled polyester using P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology. The synthetic insulation delivers outstanding warmth for its weight and continues to insulate even when wet. The lightweight 100% recycled polyester ripstop shell and lining feature a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS, helping shed light moisture. An updated fit improves shoulder mobility and comfort while the slightly longer body makes layering easier. Brick quilting with horizontal side panels helps keep the insulation evenly distributed for long-lasting durability. Two zippered handwarmer pockets provide secure storage, while the internal zippered chest pocket doubles as a stuffsack with a reinforced carabiner clip-in loop. A drawcord-adjustable drop-tail hem helps seal in warmth. The Nano Puff Vest is made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
