The Patagonia Micro Puff® Hoody is a women’s lightweight, highly packable synthetic insulated jacket designed for mixed and cold conditions. Its innovative PlumaFill insulation combines a down-like structure with the warm-when-wet performance of synthetic insulation, while the windproof Pertex® Quantum shell keeps the construction ultralight.

Its combination of Pertex® Quantum shell fabric and innovative PlumaFill insulation delivers what Patagonia describes as the best warmth-to-weight ratio of any jacket they have ever created. It is also the most compressible of their synthetic jackets.
PlumaFill insulation replicates the structure of down using a continuous synthetic insulation material. It combines the warmth and packability associated with down with the warm-when-wet performance of synthetic insulation.
The ultralight Pertex® Quantum shell is made from NetPlus® ripstop nylon containing 100% postconsumer recycled nylon. The material is made from recycled fishing nets, helping to reduce ocean plastic pollution.
The shell is windproof and features a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS.
PlumaFill is a lightweight synthetic insulation material designed to replicate the structure of down. Its innovative quilting construction stabilises and maximises the loft of the insulation strands while using minimal stitching.
The insulation is designed to maintain its warmth when wet, making it a practical insulation option for mixed conditions.
The centre-front zipper features a storm flap and a zipper garage at the chin for next-to-skin comfort. The jacket is patterned for high mobility.
Two zippered welt handwarmer pockets and two internal drop-in pockets provide practical storage. The left handwarmer pocket doubles as a stuff sack and features a reinforced carabiner clip-in loop.
The lightweight, simple hood is designed to fit under a helmet. Elasticised cuffs and an adjustable hem help seal in warmth.
