Description

One serving (27 g) contains 25 grams of carbohydrates, 750 mg of sodium and 30 mg of magnesium (cola 20 mg of caffeine). One serving is equivalent to two tablespoons of powder.
High-energy sports drink: 2-3 servings of powder, 500-750 ml of water.
Regular sports drink: 1-2 servings of powder, 500-750 ml of water.
Drink before, during or after exercise.
Adjust the amount of water according to your calorie intake and hydration needs:
If it is hot and you want to drink more fluids, add more water.
If you get energy from other sources, such as chewable gels, you can make the drink milder and use it as a regular sports drink.
