BUFF® merino wool tube scarf for children is a lightweight and versatile accessory designed for children aged 4–12. Made from single-layer 100% merino wool, it feels soft against the skin, breathes well and provides warmth even in damp conditions. The stretchy, seamless and knitted construction allows the tube scarf to be worn in several different ways. The tube scarf is suitable for year-round outdoor use. It can be worn as a neck warmer, hat, headband or balaclava, and it can also be used as a base layer hat in cold conditions. Merino wool absorbs moisture and helps retain warmth when damp. It is naturally antibacterial and helps resist dirt and odours. Because of these properties, the garment may often be freshened simply by airing it instead of washing it after every use. According to BUFF®, the merino wool is produced with respect for animal welfare and without mulesing. The tube scarf is manufactured at BUFF®'s own factory in Spain. The factory has been awarded B Corp certification, ISO 14001 environmental certification and SGE 21 certification for ethical and social responsibility. The electricity used in production is generated from renewable resources.
