The MAGURA MDP 9 is a set of brake pads for MAGURA four-piston disc brake calipers. The package contains two individual pads, which is enough for one caliper. The pads work as a replacement for worn pads during service.
The pads fit MAGURA 4-piston MT, MT C, CMe and LOUISE brakes from model year 2025. The manufacturer specifically lists MT and MT C 4-piston brakes and the LOUISE ELITE as compatible. Before ordering, check that your caliper has four pistons and belongs to this range. If your brake is from an earlier model year or the caliper has a different number of pistons, you may need a different pad type. The pads are engineered in Germany.
Brake pads are wear parts, so their condition should be checked regularly. Replace the pads when the pad material has worn thin. Pad replacement can be done yourself or by a bike shop. After fitting new pads, it is a good idea to bed them in following the manufacturer's instructions.
