The LEKI Makalu FX TA is a foldable and adjustable trekking pole designed for hiking, mountain trekking and long-distance outdoor adventures. Its lightweight yet durable aluminium construction ensures stability and reliability in a wide range of terrain conditions.
The ergonomic Aergon Air grip combines comfort and control with a hollow core design that reduces weight while maintaining a large supportive surface. The rubberised back of the grip provides excellent control on descents, while the extended grip section offers additional support on steep climbs.
Thanks to the Speed Lock Plus adjustment system, the pole length can be quickly adjusted between 110–130 cm, ensuring optimal performance across different terrains. The folding design allows the poles to be packed down to just 41 cm, making them easy to carry in a backpack or travel bag.
The five-section aluminium construction provides an ideal balance of strength, stiffness and packability, making the Makalu FX TA suitable for demanding trekking conditions and multi-day hikes.
