The Dæhlie Challenge 3.0 ski jacket is a padded training jacket designed for active cross-country skiers in cold winter conditions. Its three-layer softshell fabric with a PU membrane, Fellex® ECO-FA insulation across the chest and strategically placed stretch panels combine weather protection, breathability and freedom of movement. A regular fit, adjustable hem and two zipped side pockets complete this functional training jacket.

This improved version of the popular Challenge jacket combines three-layer softshell fabric, Fellex® ECO-FA insulation across the chest and stretch panels positioned to support movement and moisture management during high-intensity training.
The jacket's three-layer softshell fabric features a PU membrane designed to help keep wind and moisture out. Its stated technical ratings are 10,000 WP / 10,000 MVP. The PU membrane on the fabric surface also helps light rain and sleet run off while supporting breathability.
According to the supplied product information, the fabric transports moisture from the inside, dries quickly and breathes well during high-intensity training. The laminated front is designed to prevent moisture from being absorbed into the garment and freezing inside the fabric.
Fellex® ECO-FA insulation padding covers the chest, the jacket's most exposed area. Ultrasonic quilting is applied before stitching to avoid piercing the membrane with needle holes. This construction is designed to retain warmth inside the jacket.
Strategically placed stretch panels across the back and under the arms support freedom of movement and ventilation. Raglan sleeves and articulated sleeve construction complement the jacket's design for active ski training.
